The morning will start focusing on breathing and movement with a tranquil session of Pilates held in the garden you can expect lots of toning, stretching and posture work designed to challenge your mind and body but leave you feeling energised and totally relaxed. The remainder of the morning will be spent in the Kitchen with the Nena’s as they whip up a storm sharing their culinary skills as we explore nutritious zestful easy to make recipes that will leave your mouthwatering. The morning will finish as we relax, sit back and enjoy digging in to the delicious dishes outside in the sunshine. An absolutely blissful morning!



Nena’s Kitchen focuses on educating and demonstrating that food can be beneficial, nourishing, tasteful and fun. They are a group of two professional chefs and one qualified nutritionist, whose aim is to share nutritional knowledge and cooking skills to improve the lives of those around them.

Katja is a certified nutritionist with 20 years working experience, including clinical nutrition, sports nutrition and treating patients with diabetes. She is originally from Germany and is proud to share her nutritional knowledge.

Sofia and Tania are professional chefs, graduates from Westminster Kingsway College.  They were both granted awards for Best Overall Students and have worked together in a pop up event with the second best restaurant in the world, El Celler de Can Roca.  Sofia is originally from Spain and Tania is from Brazil. They are interested in Functional Gastronomy (using food to heal the body) and love to develop dishes that are full of life and flavour.
